  • All data is transmitted using bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption

  • FCA-regulated law firms acting on your behalf in relation to your claims
  • FCA-regulated claims handlers involved in processing your claims

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any party that is not directly involved in the processing of your claims unless required to do so by law.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Enquiries (no active claim): 3 years from the date of your last contact with us
  • Active clients: 7 years from the conclusion of your claim, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
